The Government Purchasing Operations Division (hereinafter: the division) supplies the information on this internet website (hereinafter: the service) and the user makes use of the service according to these conditions of use. The term "user" is any person who has contacted or connected to the service or who is the owner of an account from which the connection to the service is made.
Intellectual Property
In accordance with the intellectual property laws applicable in Israel, including copyright laws, the intellectual property rights of contents and publications of the division, including those published in this service, belong to the State of Israel – the Government Purchasing Operations Division. These copyrights control, among others, text, pictures, illustrations, maps, tones, video, graphics and software applications (hereinafter: the protected material), unless it is specifically stated that the intellectual property rights belong to another party.
The use of materials is in accordance with intellectual property laws, including regulations relating to "protected use" of such materials. A condition of use is that it will not be altered or distorted in a manner that may deceive.
Responsibility
The service is offered to the public "as is". The State of Israel will not bear responsibility for matching the service to meet the user's needs. The information published in the service may be periodically updated. The division takes reasonable measures in order to ensure that the information is available and updated. The division will not bear responsibility for damage as the result of temporary or permanent suspension of the service or for contradictions or incompatibility between the materials displayed on the service and that determined by legislation or other formal publications appearing on a "listing".
It is emphasized that the user bears the sole responsibility for his use of the service and/or the information published by the service and also for any damage that may be caused from such use.
"The State of Israel" – includes its employees and representatives.

This service features links to other websites. The following regulations will apply to usage of such links and do not detract from the other conditions of use.
It is emphasized that for all matters regarding links to external sites that do not belong to the State of Israel (3rd party sites): unless stated otherwise, there is no legal or commercial relationship between the division and the 3rd party site owners, and the division has no control or rights over the material displayed on these sites.
The State will not bear responsibility for the content of material on 3rd party sites.
Links to 3rd party sites shall not be interpreted as the granting of approval, recommendation or preference by the State or that department for the linked sites, including documents or any other material appearing on them, for the operators of the sites or for the products displayed on them.
Upon including any link to this service, it has been ascertained that the information appearing on the linked site is suitable for the purposes of the service, and that the link itself is in order. It is however possible that over time changes will be made to the linked site. If the user is of the opinion that the linked site or material is not suitable, or that the link itself is not in order, he is requested to notify the site manager accordingly. In addition, if the user is of the opinion that there is another site that is suitable to the topic of this service, he is requested to notify the site manager.
Privacy
Personal information given to the division through this service will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law 1981.
Additional Publications of the State of Israel and the Government Purchasing Operations Division
In any case of contradiction and/or incompatibility between the materials displayed on this service and between that determined by legislation or other formal publication appearing on a "listing", the legislation or "listing" shall be binding. In any case of contradiction and/or incompatibility between the material displayed on this service and between that of another formal publication of the division, the division alone shall determine which shall be considered binding.
